The Solutions section is the Self-Help portal for Cut Time users. If you select Help from your Cut Time menu or click on the Solutions menu above, it will open the Self-Help section of Cut Time. Here you will find step-by-step instruction as well as How-to videos for Cut Time functions.

Click on the [+] New Support Ticket link to submit a claim. If you need to report a problem or need additional help with Cut Time features, start a new ticket. A new ticket will be opened and our support staff will be notified instantly. All communication and updates related to your issue will be tracked through this ticket.

Click on Check Ticket Status if you would like to view any of your pending tickets.
