Billing information will be required if you would like to subscribe Cut Time after your trial period has ended or to renew your subscription.


How to update or change your Billing Information:

  1. Click on Tools located on your top menu bar.
  2. On the right hand side of the screen under Tools/Set up and configuration, click on the first link listed, which is your Organization’s information. 
  3. Scroll down to Billing Information to update.
  4. Save your changes.

NOTE: You must log out and log back in for the account to update.



How to pay for your Subscription:

  1. Click on Tools located on your top menu bar.
  2. On the right hand side of the screen under Tools/Set up and configuration, click on the second link listed, which is entitled Subscription management.
  3. Fill in the fields and select a method of payment.
