Members: Select and view Volunteer Opportunities:

  1. Go to the Volunteer menu.
  2. All available opportunities will show in this section.
  3. Select the I'm Interested button next to any opportunity you want to do.
  4. The button changes to Awaiting Confirmation.
  5. The administrator will receive a notification about your interest.
  6. Once the opportunity is approved by the administrator, it will be removed from this list and you will receive a confirmation email. 
  7. The opportunity shows in the Volunteer History section. 

 

Administrators: Approve/decline Volunteer Interest responses:

  1. Go to your Profile Page.
  2. Scroll down your profile page to the Volunteers: Interest section.
  3. Review all submissions.
  4. Click Approve or Decline for each volunteer response.
  5. As each response is approved or declined it is removed from this view.
  6. Each person will automatically receive an email notifying them of your decision.
