You can create detailed financial obligations, including the amount owed, the year it applies to, and any notes you wish to add.

How to add a new Obligation:

  1. Click on the Financials menu.
  2. Click the Obligations button.
  3. Click the Add Obligation button.
  4. Enter the name of the new obligation in the Name field.
  5. Select the correct Year from the drop-down list.
  6. Enter the fees associated with the obligation in the Amount field.
  7. Enter a Date due (optional).
  8. Enter any additional information in the Notes field.
  9. Click the Save button.
