Administrators can email financial obligation statements directly to group members from Cut Time.

  1. Click the Financials menu.
  2. Click the Details button next to the member you are selecting.
  3. Click the Email Statement button.
  4. Click the Print-Ready Version of the Same Statement button to download an attachment file of the statement.
  5. Click the Set/Change Default Email Address for Statements button to send the statement to a different email address.
  6. Click the Email Statement button.

NOTE: Internet Explorer uses a .cfm file format by default.

The screen should show the following message when the action is complete: 

A Statement was Successfully Emailed to [Member Name].
