Administrators can email financial obligation statements directly to group members from Cut Time.
- Click the Financials menu.
- Click the Details button next to the member you are selecting.
Click the Email Statement button.
Click the Print-Ready Version of the Same Statement button to download an attachment file of the statement.
- Click the Set/Change Default Email Address for Statements button to send the statement to a different email address.
- Click the Email Statement button.
NOTE: Internet Explorer uses a .cfm file format by default.
The screen should show the following message when the action is complete:
A Statement was Successfully Emailed to [Member Name].
