Add items back to inventory that have been returned from assigned members.


  1. Click the Inventory menu.
  2. Click the Return button next to the item.
  3. Click the Date Returned field to record the day you receive inventory back.
  4. Select the Condition When Returned option from the drop-down list.
  5. Click the Save button to return item to your available inventory list.


Updated Asset Assignment History section

The return date shows in the Returned column and the item is available to be reassigned.


How Returns are shown on the Inventory screen


The return date replaces the Return button in the Returned column. If the item has not been assigned, the column is blank.
