Schedule Element terms are used to define activities on an event schedule (e.g., Lunch, Unload, Arrive, Session 1, etc.). Cut Time has a pre-populated list of elements. You can create additional terms to fit your needs.



Create new Schedule Element terms:

  1. Go to the Tools menu.
  2. Scroll down to the Calendar - Schedule Elements link.
  3. Click the Add Schedule Element button.
  4. Enter a new title in the Schedule Element field (e.g., Registration, Break, etc.).
  5. Click the Save button.


Update or remove Schedule Element terms:

  1. Go to the Tools menu.
  2. Scroll down to the Calendar - Schedule Elements link.
  3. Scroll down the Schedule Element list to Edit or Delete any element terms you created.
  4. Click the Edit button to update the Schedule Element. Click the Save button.
  5. Click the Delete button next to any term that you want to remove.


NOTE: You will not be able to edit or delete the default list of schedule element terms. You will only see buttons next to terms that you created.
