You must create a Volunteer record for each member you want to have available to help with your activities and events.


Add a Volunteer Record:

  1. Click the Calendar menu.
  2. Click the Volunteers button.
  3. Click the Add Volunteer Record button.
  4. Enter the name or email address in one of the text fields to locate a member.
  5. Click the Save button to search the database.
  6. The screen displays any matches found in the Cut Time database.
  7. Click the Add as Volunteer button to add a member if you are able to locate their record.
  8. Select an existing Event from the event list if you want to assign the member to a specific event.
  9. Click the Activity drop-down list.
  10. Enter any additional information or instructions in the Notes field.
  11. Click the Save button.
     

NOTE: If you don't see the person listed in the search results list, you will have to add them as a person new to Cut Time.


Add a new person in Cut Time:

  1. Click the Calendar menu.
  2. Click the Volunteers link.
  3. Click the Add Volunteer Record button.
  4. Enter the name or email address in one of the text fields to locate a member.
  5. Click the Save button.
  6. Click the Add [NAME] as a new person in Cut Time button.
  7. Click on the People menu.
  8. Click the Add Person button. Follow steps to manually add people to Cut Time. (See How)
