Print Barcode Labels

Cut Time has a preset list of Avery label format for printing labels. If you would do not see the labels that you need or would like to use a different type of label, you can export a list of items and barcodes to upload to another barcode printer.


Print Avery Barcode Labels

Cut Time includes the following Avery templates:


Avery 5160 (1” x 2-5/8”, 3 columns, 30 per sheet)

Prints: Barcode, Organization Name and Barcode Number, Item Name


Avery 5163 (2” x 4”, 2 columns, 10 per sheet)

Prints: Barcode, Organization Name and Barcode Number, Item Category, Item Name



Avery 8160 (1” x 2-5/8”, 3 columns, 30 per sheet)

Prints: Barcode, Organization Name and Barcode Number, Item Name



Avery 8167 (1/2” x 1-3/4”, 4 columns, 80 per sheet)

Prints: Barcode and Barcode Number


  1. Go to the Inventory menu and select Print Barcodes.
  2. Select an inventory module from the drop-down list.
  3. Scroll down to select the label format from a prepopulated list of Avery labels.
  4. Select the items you want to print. The list will default to all items.
  5. Click Produce Labels button to launch your printer dialogue window.
  6. Print labels.


Print Custom Barcode Labels

  1. Go to the Inventory menu and select Print Barcodes.
  2. Select an inventory module from the drop-down list.
  3. Scroll down to select the items you want to print. The list will default to all items.
  4. Click Extract (CSV) button at the top.
  5. Upload the CSV file to your label printing program.
