The following fields are required within the Cut Time Music Library Template (column letters are listed in parentheses): 

  • Category (A) 
  • Title (B)
  • Voice/Instrument (E)


 *Note that all other columns within the template are optional


WHAT IF I HAVE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION THAT ISN'T ON THE TEMPLATE?*


  • Additional columns may not be added
  • Column headings may not be changed
  • Please contact our Cut Time Consultants at 1-800-310-0087 for help/ recommendations with advice if you can not figure out where to place something within the template
  • If the template is altered it will be sent back to be fixed before it can be uploaded


Please note that Description (I) and Performance Notes (K) import into text fields for each music library record.  There is no limit to the amount of data entered into either of these fields.  You may include anything in these fields such as condition, last performance, or permanently of out print status. Again, if you are not sure where information should go feel free to contact our Cur Time Consultants and we will be happy to provide suggestions.
