Below you are going to learn 4 STEPS to email or print an inventory contract during or after assigning inventory to a member
- Select an inventory item in either your Attire or Instruments/Other section of the Inventory module
- Within the item details, scroll down to the assignment history section, click "Create Contract"
- Choose your desired contract template and click "Preview Contract"
- Choose to either email or print the contract as needed

- Inventory details are automatically pulled when creating this contract
- Student/Member can access an electronic copy of this contract at the bottom of their log in landing page under their "Inventory Assigned" tab
