When setting up your account for the first time you are asked for 3 pieces of information that are used for the purpose of logging into your profile.
- Email Address
- User Name
- When logging into your profile, you can use either of these two combinations successfully:
- Email and Password
- User Name and Password
- If you have two different profiles (one for a middle school and one for a high school as an example) the same email address and password cannot be used for both
- Once your User Name is set, you CANNOT change it
- Your password can be changed at the bottom of your profile page if needed or your director can send you a password reset email.
NOTE: If you have Cut Time login's for more than one Cut Time Account it is essential to create a user name for each account. Once you have created this user name you may use the same password to sign into each account using your usernames. However, if you try to sign into your accounts using the same email and password the system will not be able to recognize what account you are looking for and will lock you out of both accounts.
